A windshield repair is guaranteed for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. In rare cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger; Go Glass & Accessories will not be held responsible for such damage.

 

If the windshield repair cracks again from the same spot, Go Glass & Accessories will credit the amount of the original repair against the cost of a new windshield where the replacement work is performed by Go Glass & Accessories. If a windshield replacement is necessary, the insured must pay the deductible portion of their comprehensive insurance.

 

If the customer in not completely satisfied with the windshield repair, Go Glass & Accessories will credit the cost of repair toward the cost of a new windshield. If the repair was paid through Insurance, the Insurance Company will receive the credit.

 

Go Glass & Accessories guarantees that the repaired portion of the windshield will not crack further from the post repaired, and that the repair will pass motor vehicle inspection, or we will credit the cost of repair towards a new windshield.

 

Glass Replacement

A replacement windshield is warranted against manufacturing defects for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.

 

Tempered glass replacement is warranted against manufacturing defects for one year.

The installation of any glass part is guaranteed against leaks for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle, with the exception of leaking due to rust* (body deterioration). Should any defect occur within this period, we will supply and install all necessary parts at no charge. There is no guarantee where breakage or damage occurs due to vandalism, theft, acts of nature, or self-inflicted damage. The warranty expires when the vehicle is sold.

 

* Exclusions: Lifetime guarantee does not cover leaks or stress cracks resulting from installations to vehicles having rust damage around the pinch weld. Go Glass & Accessories will use all reasonable efforts to advise the customer of such rust or rust damage prior to the removal of existing glass; however, as it is often not possible to see pre-existing rust damage until the windshield has been removed Go Glass & Accessories will not be held responsible for any additional costs or damage caused by rust.

 

Windshield Wipers

Windshield wipers are guaranteed for thirty (30) days from the date of installation against any manufacturer defects, when the windshield wipers are supplied and installed by Go Glass & Accessories. Customer supplied wiper blades will not be warranted even when installed by a representative of Go Glass & Accessories.

 

Parts & Accessories

The original manufacturer's warranty applies to all defects in material and workmanship. Contact store or manufacturer website for specific warranty details. All manufacturer claims will be subject to a visual inspection and photographs to verify validity of claim.

 

Mirrors

Installation of mirrors/ mirror doors is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

* Exclusions: except where damage occurs due to vandalism, accidents, theft, acts of nature, or self inflicted damage.
