We are OPEN!

We have installed multiple safety and cleaning measures to keep our customers and employees SAFE. We are available for walk-ins, but appointments are preferred to decrease customer wait times and any capacity limits. All customers and staff are required to wear masks and maintain a physical distance.

If you have a scheduled appointment, please come in the front building door or call 519-291-6467 to let us know you have arrived. One of our advisors will greet you and proceed with our screening process. Masks are required upon entry. We ask that you coordinate alternate transportation while your vehicle is in our shop as we won’t be able to accommodate a large number of waiters in our showroom.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to enter our building (or are dropping off), please follow the following procedures:

  1. Park your vehicle in front of our building and lock the door. 

  2. Fill out the envelope provided at the Service Drop Box (phone number, name and email are required as we cannot do work on your vehicle until we speak directly with you). 

  3. Place keys in envelope and drop into the Service Drop Box .

  4. Please have someone take you home as we are not opening our doors for customers to wait for their service to be completed. 

  5. Our Service Advisor will call to confirm your Service appointment details and to go over the pricing. 

  6. We will take payment over the phone via VISA or Mastercard Only.
